Navigating Web3 tides with focused insightsIn the blockchain field, cross-chain technology addresses the issue of isolated ecosystems by enabling interoperability among different blockchains. This innovation holds significant potential and commercial value, making it one of the most crucial advancements in blockchain. Cross-chain technology facilitates the free flow of assets and data, enabling more efficient value exchange and information sharing. Therefore, learning about cross-chain technology is essential.
This series of cross-chain public lectures is led by Whaler and co-organized by Peking University Blockchain Association, talent recruitment platform Talentre, full-stack cross-chain project Map Protocol, and blockchain media ChainCatcher. The program follows a Saturday (educational) + Sunday (project-focused) format, combining theory with real-world case studies to meet practical business needs. Anchored in career development, this initiative aims to build the highest-quality and most comprehensive cross-chain curriculum through community-driven, public-benefit collaboration. The event has received co-building support from over 50 partners, including university blockchain associations, blockchain media, projects, institutions, DAOs, and communities.
The full course spans 10 weeks with 20 sessions, launching every Saturday and Sunday at 16:00 (UTC+8). Lectures will be live-streamed simultaneously on Bilibili and YouTube. The complete program includes public lectures, self-assessment quizzes, product interactions, and a full job recruitment cycle. Entirely free of charge, this public course welcomes all students interested in cross-chain technology and its ecosystem.

Whaler’s cross-chain public lectures combine educational content with hands-on practice. To raise awareness of the importance of the cross-chain space, these lectures also include a career development component. During the course, Talentre, one of the organizers, will provide weekly exercises related to the lecture content. These exercises are designed to help learners consolidate knowledge and apply it in practical contexts. Additionally, through self-testing on the platform, participants can mint corresponding SBTs (Soul-Bound Tokens) as official credentials verifying their mastery of cross-chain concepts.
After the program, outstanding participants who meet eligibility criteria will receive direct internal referrals from leading projects in the space, along with NFT graduation certificates issued by Talentre. These certificates serve as lifelong on-chain records of achievement, supporting learners’ continued exploration in the Web3 world.
