TechFlow reports, July 8, Trump stated that we cannot trust Iranians. Even if an agreement is eventually reached, I am not sure it can last. Last night we sank 28 Iranian ships, tonight we might sink more, resume attacks on them, and Iran can do nothing about it. We are not currently launching the highest level of strikes, such as blowing up bridges, but if necessary, we will destroy higher-level targets, including their power and water supply facilities, and may even take over Kharg Island.
We could have killed all Iranian leaders during Khamenei's funeral, but Iran used the funeral to launch attacks. Witkoff could participate in negotiations, but I don't see that possibility at the moment. Additionally, Trump stated that the blockade on the Strait of Hormuz might be restored, targeting only Iran.
