Assuming the "Green Shoe" (over-allotment option) is fully exercised, this global offering comprises approximately 22.93 million shares, with total funds raised of approximately HK$6.8 billion. Additionally, according to disclosures by ZhenFund, Momenta announced that the installation scale of its mass production business has surpassed 1 million units.
