These measures state that support will be provided to game and esports enterprises for R&D and application in areas including AI large models, blockchain, big data, cloud computing, terminal devices, game development engines, and 3D modeling software—key foundational game development tools. The measures also call for actively promoting blockchain technology applications in copyright registration, rights protection, transactions, and settlements, and encourage partnerships between game enterprises and electronic device manufacturers to explore more possibilities for multi-terminal game development.
