TechFlow News: On April 3, according to official announcements, blockchain security firm SlowMist recently released a security assessment report conducting a specialized audit of OKX Wallet. The results indicate that, in the audited version, no transmission of sensitive information—such as private keys or mnemonic phrases—to external servers was detected, and no risks of sensitive data leakage were identified overall.
Reportedly, this assessment focused specifically on whether OKX Wallet transmits private keys or mnemonic phrases externally. The findings confirm that all such critical information is processed locally. Currently, the handling of private keys and mnemonic phrases has become central to wallet security; thus, this audit result provides users with a more direct security reference.
