TechFlow News: On April 2, Nikita Bier, Head of Product at X, revealed on the X platform that X is implementing a countermeasure against cryptocurrency phishing scams: if an account posts cryptocurrency-related content for the first time in its history, the platform will automatically lock the account and require identity verification.
Nikita Bier stated that this measure is expected to eliminate 99% of malicious intent. He also noted that Google currently fails to effectively block such phishing emails, making this issue one of the key channels for current scam activities.
