TechFlow News: On March 5, according to JIN10 Data, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) of Hong Kong, together with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA), the Insurance Authority (IA), and the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA), partnered with Cyberport to launch the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenA.I.) Sandbox++ initiative. The program aims to promote the responsible adoption of AI technologies within Hong Kong’s financial ecosystem. GenA.I. Sandbox++ provides licensed institutions with a controlled-risk environment to develop, test, and optimize generative AI solutions in three critical areas: risk management, anti-fraud measures, and customer experience. Participants will receive targeted regulatory guidance and technical support, as well as complimentary access to GPU computing resources at Cyberport’s Artificial Intelligence Supercomputing Centre.
