TechFlow News, July 09, according to Solid Intel (@solidintel_x), Russia's largest private bank, Alfa Bank, plans to launch retail cryptocurrency brokerage business between late 2026 and early 2027, and further establish a comprehensive digital custody platform for foreign investors, covering custody, trading, and blockchain investment products. The implementation of this plan depends on the progress of Russian cryptocurrency-related laws—the bill passed the first reading in the State Duma this April and is expected to officially take effect on September 1.
