TechFlow reports that on June 20, Namada, a privacy-focused public blockchain, officially announced a vulnerability incident. The team is currently investigating the issue and has contacted relevant parties to coordinate response efforts. If the actor behind this attack is a white-hat hacker, the team urges them to proactively contact Namada to further clarify the vulnerability and expedite resolution. On-chain data indicates that some ATOM assets associated with the incident were allegedly transferred via IBC (Inter-Blockchain Communication) to a Cosmos Hub network address. Approximately 228,517 ATOM held at that address were subsequently drained within hours through IBC transfers and multiple outgoing transactions; the address now holds only a minimal balance.
