TechFlow reports that, according to company filings dated June 6, Google (GOOG.O) has agreed to pay SpaceX $920 million per month for computing capacity as part of a cloud services agreement extending through mid-2029. In filings submitted by SpaceX on Friday, the company stated that Google will begin paying monthly fees to SpaceX starting in October and continuing through June 2029. The computing capacity provided includes approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, memory, and other related components. This computing capacity will be ramped up gradually before September, with corresponding reductions in fees. The filings indicate that if SpaceX fails to deliver the agreed-upon number of GPUs by September 30, 2026, Google may terminate the contract, subject to a one-month grace period. Additionally, under the agreement disclosed on Friday, either party may terminate the agreement upon providing 90 days’ prior notice.
