To celebrate the launch of the DuckChain testnet, we’ve launched the Star Season campaign. This initiative is designed to seamlessly onboard Web2 users from platforms like Telegram into the DuckChain ecosystem, allowing them to easily experience the DuckChain network.

Purpose of Collaborative NFTs
The collaborative NFTs are key assets for future DuckChain airdrops and other mystery rewards. Collecting various Duck NFTs increases your eligibility for future airdrop rewards. Additionally, holders of certain NFTs will receive extra rewards from our partners.
Moreover, the more Stars you deposit, the greater your airdrop weighting will be!

Star Gas System
Telegram Stars are a new way to pay for digital goods and services within the Telegram ecosystem. Users can obtain Stars through PremiumBot or Fragment. These Stars can be used to pay for various digital products offered by bots, including e-books, online courses, and in-game items in Telegram games.
DuckChain has integrated Telegram Stars as the gas fee system for its testnet. By using Stars, Web2 users can easily participate in DuckChain activities such as minting NFTs—without needing traditional cryptocurrency or wallets. Stars deposited during the testnet phase will be carried over to the mainnet, and Stars consumed during testing will not affect user balances, ensuring a simple and risk-free experience.

The testnet launched on September 18.
1) Connect Telegram and Generate Your DuckChain Address
Once you join the Star Season campaign, DuckChain will automatically link your Telegram account and generate a DuckChain address for you. No additional steps are required—simply view your address on the campaign page.
2) Deposit Stars
Click “Deposit,” select the amount, confirm, and pay. These Stars will be stored for future use on the DuckChain mainnet. Depositing Stars is crucial for qualifying for future airdrops!
If you don’t have enough DuckChain TON test tokens, you can use Stars as gas to mint NFTs on DuckChain. The first-time deposit also grants you 5 additional mints.
3) Claim Free Test TON
You can claim 0.001 TON every 24 hours from the DuckChain testnet for transactions; the exact amount may vary based on network conditions.
4) Mint Duck NFTs
You can use test TON obtained from the faucet to mint a Duck NFT for free. New users are granted one default mint opportunity. By depositing Stars, however, you unlock five additional mints. You can also choose to pay gas fees with Stars for a seamless minting experience.
As a special reward for early supporters, users who joined the DuckChain mini-app before the testnet campaign will receive 2 additional mint opportunities.
5) Invite Friends to Earn Extra Mint Opportunities
For every 5 friends who join via your referral link, you earn one additional Duck NFT mint opportunity. There’s no limit on the number of referrals—the more friends you invite, the more mints you get!
6) View Your NFT Collection
After minting, you can view your NFTs in your collection. The NFTs you receive are randomly assigned. These collaborative NFTs may unlock airdrops and rewards from partner projects. Keep an eye on your collection—you might unlock even more surprise rewards!
