TechFlow News: On March 18, according to The Block, Kenya’s National Treasury released the draft “Virtual Asset Service Providers Regulations 2026” this Wednesday and opened a public consultation period, which ends on April 10. The draft regulations are based on the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, which takes effect on November 4, 2025, and were prepared by a multi-agency working group jointly convened by the Central Bank of Kenya and the Capital Markets Authority.
