Solana Monkey Business (SMB), known for its pixelated monkey NFTs, has had its intellectual property (IP) acquired by MonkeDAO for $2 million following a community vote.

Previously, SMB’s founder sold the project to Hadeswap, but the decentralized exchange decided to transfer the IP rights to MonkeDAO. In exchange for $2 million in USDC, MonkeDAO obtained all associated rights, assets, accounts, and keys—including legal registrations, website code, and social media handles.

Crypto Tech Women’s party was undoubtedly one of the hottest events. The open bar kept everyone energized, and we’re extremely grateful to the amazing people we met during this event who helped organize such a memorable gathering.

Despite our packed schedule, we made sure to attend Frank DeGods’ birthday pizza party—an event that brought together key figures from both the DeGodsNFT and y00tsNFT communities. Seeing so many NFT enthusiasts gather in one place was incredibly exciting.

At NFT NYC, the strength and passion of the DeGods community were undeniable. As we spoke with builders and enthusiasts, we were consistently inspired by innovative ideas and new projects in development.

The DeGods team shined at the NFT NYC meetup, booking an entire floor at a prominent city hotel. The event generated massive buzz, with tickets selling out within hours.

We’re deeply grateful to DeGodsNFT and y00tsNFT for the incredible experience hosted at Public Hotels.

Finally, one of the most significant events during NFT NYC was the DeGods DeNYC underground party held at Public Hotels Basement—an unforgettable night spent with the DeGods and y00ts communities.

Although access to the event was restricted to DeGods and y00ts NFT holders, the line outside Public Hotel’s basement was still long, with attendees eager to join the evening’s celebration.

As we walked through the doors, excitement and energy hit us immediately, welcoming us into a beautifully designed and vibrantly atmospheric scene.

We also attended the Cryptoadz NFT event.

It was a night full of fun, laughter, and meaningful connections with fellow enthusiasts. One of the highlights was meeting and interacting in person with outstanding members from NounsDAO and Nounish.
